ZB2X2/50 Electric oil pump
The pump can be divided into two parts, one is steel tensile machine driving, and the other is operation. It’s not only matched for stressing equipment driving of YDCW9000,YDCW4000,YDCW2500,YDCW1500,YDCW1000,YDCW600,YC600,YL600,YZ600,YZ850,LD100,LD200 etc, but also used for all kinds of low-flow & high pressure hydraulic equipment. This pump belongs to self-priming plunger type. Motor drives shaft 4, through
the shaft swash plate pressing the plunger into barrel, and return spring 6 make
the plunger raise & plunger reciprocate to achieve suction and discharge oil.
The pump is composed by left & right valves with the same structure. However
each valve consists of Restrictor valve (A), Discharge valve (B), Non-return
valve (C),Pressure indicator (D),Safety valve (E),Inlet nozzle, Oil return
nozzle and Output nozzle. Please refer Diagram 3.
Restrictor valve----- adjustable conical valve used for adjusting oil supply
Discharge valve-----adjustable conical valve, open-discharge, close-oil supply..
Non-return valve----spherical non-return valve used for ensuring system
pressure.
Safety valve---------adjustable excess flow used for adjusting system pressure,
It will be adjusted to 50MPa before delivery.
〉〉〉Usage & Maintenance
1. It adopts mineral oil with good quality, summer HJ32 and winter HJ15. Oil
should be filtered regularly and replaced by every six months. Note: oil should
be 150-200mm in tank when injecting. In order to ensure lubrication, the oil
should be not less than 120mm and temperature not exceed 60℃ during operation.
2. Initial operation
It should open control valve to start pump idle running in order to remove air
until no bubbles in oil return plastic pipe.
3. Safety valve adjustment
Close Output nozzle-open Restrictor valve-close Discharge valve-start Pump
motor-close, Restrictor valve-adjust Safety valve-watch Pressure indicator.
Generally adjust Safety valve pressure to be higher than 10%-15% of the working
pressure.

restriction.

7. Attention
1) When power connecting, wires should be connected by professional electrician.
And zero line must be connected. The workers should check the insulation to
avoid electic shock.
2) Pump pipes and components could not be disassembled when there is pressure in
pump.
3) It should idle turn to exhaust air until none before using for the pump which
need to change oil and no usage for longtime.
4) Oil height should not be less than 120mm to prevent poor lubrication or pump
suction air.
5) The directions of motor turning are free, but it’s better to turn clockwise
and counter-clockwise interchangeably.
